IDeposit & Booking Terms
(Live Event Audio Production Services)
1. Reservation & Booking
All live event audio production services provided by North Georgia Production require a deposit to reserve the event date, crew, and equipment.
Your event is not considered booked until:
A signed service agreement is received, and
The required deposit has been paid.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Deposit Requirement
A deposit of 30%–50% of the total quoted service fee (as specified on your invoice) is required to secure your event date.
The deposit is:
Fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the event
Non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event
The deposit is applied to the final balance.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Events booked within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront.
Failure to submit final payment may result in service cancellation with forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Cancellations
If the client cancels services with North Georgia Production, the following cancellation terms apply:
More than 7 days before the event:
The deposit will be fully refunded. No additional charges apply.7 days or less before the event:
The deposit becomes non-refundable.Less than 72 hours before the event:
The client is responsible for 100% of the total invoice, as crew, trucks, and equipment have already been committed and cannot be rebooked.
These terms reflect the scheduling, staffing, and equipment costs incurred to prepare for your event.
5. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once if requested more than 7 days prior to the event, subject to availability.
If rescheduled:
The deposit transfers to the new date (must occur within 90 days)
If the new date is unavailable, the deposit is refunded
Rescheduling within 7 days is treated as a cancellation.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor events proceed unless conditions are unsafe.
No refunds are issued for:
Weather
Government restrictions
Venue closures
Performer cancellations
Power failures
Other events beyond our control
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
Venue access
Adequate power
Required permits
Safe working conditions
Failure to provide these does not cancel payment obligations.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of a deposit constitutes agreement to these terms.
